NEW Masterplanning has been appointed to develop a masterplan for this historic Cornish city, identified as a growth area for the region.

We are pleased to be working closely with Paul Murrain and with Andy Cameron and Derek Grant of WSP on the strategic and detailed masterplanning of this extensive area.
