NEW Masterplanning has been appointed by Carrick District Council to prepare a development brief for the former Richard Lander School site in Truro.

The former school site has been identified as a redevelopment opportunity in the emerging Area Action Plan for Truro and Threemilestone.

We will be working with stakeholders and community groups over the coming months to prepare an illustrative masterplan and development guidance for the site.
