Hans is a qualified urban designer and landscape architect, with more than fifteen years of experience of masterplanning complex mixed-use and residential schemes, and the detailed design of public spaces and streetscapes. In the Netherlands Hans worked nearly ten years for Palmboom & van den Bout Urban Design in Rotterdam. His projects included the mixed-use redevelopment of the Shell business park in Amsterdam, masterplanning a dockland area redevelopment at Stadswerven in Dordrecht and the masterplan and detailed design of the public space framework for the redevelopment of former airfield Ypenburg, comprising 12,000 residential units. |
