New homes proposed for Upton
Wyatt Homes have submitted a full planning application for the delivery of 92 new homes in Upton, Dorset. NEW masterplanning were appointed by Wyatt Homes to prepare the detailed masterplan and design and access statement for the application for land at Policeman’s Lane on the edge of Upton.
The land is allocated in the emerging Purbeck District Local Plan as deliverable development opportunity for Upton to provide much-needed new homes within the Purbeck area, 40% of which will be affordable. The proposals present a natural extension of the high-quality development established at the adjacent Frenches Green, which was also designed by NEW masterplanning for Wyatt Homes.
