NEW masterplanning

Crest Nicholson has been one of the country’s leading provider of new homes for over 50 years.  NEW Masterplanning has acted on major urban extension proposals in Swindon and Chippenham, securing planning permission for 1,700 homes and preparing design codes for the first phase of their ‘garden village’ proposals.  With the HCA, we were also engaged in the redesign of the final masterplan for Bath Western Riverside.
