NEW masterplanning

Homes England is the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England. We have acted regularly for Homes England (formerly the HCA and English Partnerships) since being appointed in 2006 to undertake the Locking Parklands Enquiry by Design.  Our projects include other major regeneration schemes such as Heart of Slough and Bath Western Riverside, Enquiry by Design events on locally sensitive development proposals through to detailed design and implementation of the public realm.  We are currently masterplanning a new market town in South Oxfordshire.
