Our Studio.
Our studio occupies the second floor of a historic warehouse building on Bournemouth Road, where we work above the Force 4 Chandlery shopfront as part of Parkstone’s everyday streetscape.

Set slightly back from the activity of the street below, our light-filled office provides a calm, characterful studio workspace. Working in a genuinely mixed-use building keeps us grounded in the realities of how towns and neighbourhoods function and reinforces our belief in buildings that adapt and places that evolve over time.

We’re based just a short walk from Ashley Cross, a lively local centre of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops. It’s a well-loved neighbourhood hub that reflects the kind of walkable, mixed-use places we help create.

The studio is also close to Parkstone railway station and frequent bus routes, providing excellent connections locally and nationally. Alexandra Park and Ashley Cross Green are both within easy walking distance, while Poole’s beaches and harbour are just a short journey away. From this well-connected base, NEW Masterplanning works across the UK, with a strong focus on context, character and the long-term life of places.
