Locking Parklands Phases 1 and 2

Phase 1 of Locking Parklands is already complete and Phase 2 under construction. Together they comprise 250 homes and local office space. The scheme was recognised by ‘What House’ Awards as one of the three best residential developments in the country. It also won ‘Best Design’ in the 2013 Housebuilder Awards where the judges commented that St. Modwen Homes had demonstrated a commitment to innovation, improvement and excellence and had an imaginative approach to housebuilding. St. Modwen were also named as Best Small Housebuilder in the UK.
