NEW masterplanning was appointed by the Ashfield Estate, working alongside Wyatt Homes and Morrish Homes, to prepare a detailed masterplan and planning application for 56 new homes at Luzborough Green, Romsey.
The design responds sensitively to its context, including the setting of a nearby listed public house and historic boundary wall, reinforcing the distinctive character of Romsey’s edge. The development provides a balanced mix of family homes and apartments, including affordable housing, set within a strong landscape-led framework. A green lane creates a safe and attractive route to Mountbatten School while providing a gradual transition to the surrounding countryside.
