Saxonbury, Colehill
NEW masterplanning prepared a masterplan and a successful detailed planning application to deliver a new neighbourhood at the Saxonbury development in Colehill. The proposals delivered a new ground for Wimborne Town FC, including new club house building, playing and training pitches and dedicated car parking area, and 81 new dwellings incorporating a balanced mix of homes to meet local needs, including 50% as affordable. All properties are now occupied. We also worked with Gravity Skate Parks in the initial design concepts for a new skate park, which now in place and proving to be very popular.
