Planning Permission Secured at Blaney's Corner

We are pleased to announce planning permission has been secured for 25 new homes on an allocated site within the Purbeck Local Plan.

NEW Masterplanning contributed to the development of the masterplan, creating a landscape-led residential scheme that responds sensitively to its surroundings while providing a strong network of streets, pedestrian connections, open spaces and green infrastructure.

The proposals include new vehicular and pedestrian access from Wimborne Road, extensive landscaping and the retention and enhancement of the site's existing green character.

The result is a carefully considered neighbourhood designed to provide high-quality homes within an attractive and well-integrated landscape setting.
