New affordable homes for the New Forest

Construction work at Wilberforce Green, a landmark development on the edge of the New Forest has commenced.

Located off Derritt Lane, on the Western perimeter of the picturesque village of Bransgore, the scheme will deliver 100 thoughtfully designed homes that blend seamlessly into the area’s unique, rural character, and will also deliver new public open space, including wildflower meadows and new tree planting, along with a dedicated children's play area.  

NEW masterplanning worked in partnership with Wyatt Homes to prepare the site vision, concept masterplan and detailed planning application proposals that were approved by New Forest District Council. The homes are currently set to be delivered between Autumn 2026 and Summer 2027.
