Planning approval for 95 homes at Lytchett Matravers

Planning approval has been granted to build 95 new homes on land east of Wareham Road in Lytchett Matravers. The development, named Vantage Meadows, will deliver a mix of housing, four acres of green space, and a strong emphasis on ecology and sustainability running throughout the plans. Bird and bat boxes, bee bricks and extensive native shrub and tree planting will help create valuable foraging habitats, while every home will benefit from energy‑efficient features including air‑source heat pumps, solar panels and EV charging points.

NEW masterplanning were appointed by Wyatt Homes by in 2017 to develop a vision and concept masterplan for the site in promoting the opportunity through the Purbeck Local Plan. The site was subsequently allocated and we continued to progress the proposals into a detailed planning application to deliver the much needed new homes.
